RJG, INC. & A. Routsis Associates to Develop DECOUPLED MOLDING SM Interactive Courses

RJG, Inc. and A. Routsis Associates have announced plans to collaborate on developing an interactive CD-ROM training program based on RJG’s unique DECOUPLED MOLDING SM technology for processors. RJG, Inc., located in Traverse City, Michigan, provides processing training, consulting services, plant-wide monitoring systems, cavity pressure sensors, and machine control equipment.

All of RJG’s products and services are centered on DECOUPLED MOLDING SM processing techniques. This DECOUPLED MOLDING SM technique improves process consistency by separating the molding process into three distinct phases: filling, packing and cooling. RJG, Inc. currently provides processing training through seminars and hands-on training. “We look forward to working with A. Routsis Associates in putting the DECOUPLED MOLDING SM process in an interactive CD-ROM training format that will enhance our existing in-house and on-site training programs.” – Matt Groleau, President, RJG, Inc.

A. Routsis Associates, located in Dracut, Massachusetts, provides both consulting and training services for plastics companies worldwide. Most of A. Routsis Associates efforts are focused on developing PC based interactive CD-ROM training programs for the plastics industry. These interactive products use a combination of media including 3-D animation and high quality digital video to reinforce understanding of complex concepts. Training programs, which incorporate the DECOUPLED MOLDING SM process technology, will be integrated into the popular Advanced Processing Series currently provided by A. Routsis Associates.

RJG, Inc. and A. Routsis Associates will continue to work together to develop training courses designed to compliment each of their training programs. “By working with RJG, we will be able to provide RJG customers with the latest in interactive training technology, while introducing our customers to this processing technique.” – Andy Routsis, President, A. Routsis Associates
