This page addresses some of the most common support issues with regard to our Mastery Advantage™ courses. Routsis Training offers premium support via phone and email. Please contact us if you need further assistance with our online plastics training courses or your company's custom Learning Management System (LMS).

  • Speakers or headphones
  • Must have .wma and .wmv file extensions associated with Windows Media Player'

Resolving Common Online Training Support Issues

The Online Support Reference below describes resolutions to the most common technical support issues.

Download and play the Video Test File to test your system’s video and audio configuration. The file should open in Windows Media Player. If the file opens in a different application, video does not play or you cannot hear any sound from your speakers, please refer to the Support Reference PDF file to resolve the issue.
