Now Any Molder Can Improve Their Skills With This Comprehensive Online Training Program

Dracut, MA — A. Routsis Associates, Inc., the premier training provider for the plastics industry, announces the release of two new online training programs, entitled Math for Molders.

The Math for Molders training programs were designed to benefit any production employee – as mathematics is used throughout the industry on a daily basis by virtually everyone. Job functions as simple as counting inventory, calculating part tolerances, and determining production requirements, as well as complex calculations for determining tonnage requirements all utilize basic mathematics.

New Online Training Programs Complement Master Molder^SM Series

Traverse City, MI — A. Routsis Associates, Inc., a division of RJG Inc., announces the online release of the Intelligent Molder training series. A. Routsis Associates is the only company in the plastics industry to offer interactive training that parallels the curricula covered within RJG’s Master Molder^SM Certification Series.

The Intelligent Molder Series was designed to provide technicians and process engineers with the applicable tools to properly evaluate both the capability and repeatability of a given injection molding machine, injection mold, or injection molding process. These three courses will greatly benefit any participant of RJG’s classroom-based, Master Molder^SM Certification Series – either as a primer or as follow-up training.

The nine tests covered in this training series include; the Dynamic Check Ring Repeatability Test, the Load Sensitivity Test, the Platen Deflection Test, the Dynamic Cavity Imbalance Test, the Mold Deflection Test, the Tonnage Calculation Worksheet, the In-Mold Rheology Test, the Gate Seal Worksheet, and the DECOUPLED II Process Sheet.

Each in-depth test used to assess the accuracy of a given machine, mold, or process consists of the following sections:

eDART™ Training Now Available Online

Traverse City, MI — A. Routsis Associates, Inc., a division of RJG Inc., announces the release of the online training program entitled, RJG’s eDART ™. A. Routsis Associates is the only company in the plastics industry to offer training on using the eDART™ process controller.

RJG’s eDART ™ was created for production personnel that monitor and optimize injection molding processes equipped with RJG’s eDART™ process controllers. This course will greatly benefit setup personnel, process engineers, machine operators, and managers that use, or plan on using, an eDART ™ system.

Any participant of the course RJG’s eDART™ will be better prepared to establish the following:
