Worklinks to Plastics Program Named “Best Model” by Commonwealth of Massachusetts’s Governor’s Task Force

Local area workforce development provider, Twin Cities Community Development Corp. announced that its Worklinks to Plastics program was named “best model” to reform adult educating and training. This program provides work-ready training, job development and placement to area participants working in the plastics industry.

This program consists of Routsis Interactive Training, a self-paced computer based training course, 40 hours of hands-on training at Mount Wachusett Community College and leadership/supervisory skills training in a classroom environment. Twin Cities will be partnering with A. Routsis Associates at this years Mass Plastics Trade Show Best Western Royal Plaza Trade Center, Fitchburg, MA, March 26-27.

“Our Worklinks to Plastics development program provides work-ready training to area workers. The program also provides job development/placement supported by local partnering companies,” says Mike Condon, Director of Twin Cities Community Development Corp. “Incorporating the Routsis interactive training programs has proven to be the key to our high success rates, and have accelerated the training process.”
