Free Focused Training Modules For Injection Molders Now Available Online

By providing these focused modules, companies no longer have an excuse not to train. Any company that signs up will receive a new lesson each week.

Reduce Scrap & Troubleshooting Times with the New Injection Molding Basics – Spanish Version

Traverse City, MI — A. Routsis Associates, Inc., a division of RJG Inc., proudly announces the release of the Injection Molding Basics – Spanish Version.

The new Spanish series consists of three information packed courses entitled, Máquina, Proceso, and Molde (Machine, Process, and Mold). Narrated and titled entirely in the Spanish language, this series was developed in response to requests by molding facilities in Mexico, Honduras, Guatemala and Puerto Rico. This series is also essential to any American or Canadian company that employs Spanish-speaking personnel.

Each course was developed using the knowledge of highly skilled and experienced plastics professionals with an emphasis on safety and part quality. The Injection Molding Basics Series is ideal for new hires, yet also serves as excellent refresher courses for any employee involved in plastics processing; from operators and technicians to management and setup personnel.

Training Course Designed to Get New Hires Up-To-Speed Faster

Traverse City, MI — A. Routsis Associates, Inc., a division of RJG Inc., proudly announces the release of a new interactive training program entitled, An Introduction to Injection Molding.

This training course will provide participants with a general introduction to the plastics industry and focuses primarily on the day-to-day operations of a typical injection molding facility.

An Introduction to Injection Molding was created for newcomers to the injection molding industry or anyone that would like to learn more about plastics. We recommend that new hires take this course before participating in our Injection Molding Basics Series.

Topics covered include; an overview of plastics and the industry, general plant safety, material handling, machine components, an introduction to the process, common part defects, and injection mold terminology.

An Introduction to Injection Molding is also available in a European market version. Spanish and Mandarin versions are currently in production and will be available soon.
