Purging for Scientific Molders
Routsis’s Purging for Scientfic Molders training series teaches injection molders about proper material purging concepts, procedures, materials, methods, and cost analysis. These courses are broken into two different levels: Intermediate, and Advanced.
The Intermediate courses cover common purging techniques and instruct participants in employing effective purging procedures — from preparation to production.
In the Advanced courses, users learn about common types of purging compounds, how they work, and the advantages and disadvantages of each type. The final course in this series shows participants how to effectively compare different purging procedures and compounds — guiding them through the Purging Analysis Worksheet, which is included with the online course.
