The Executive Overview focuses on timely issues facing the injection molding industry and utilizes presentations, group discussions, attendee networking, and customer-presented case studies. All concepts discussed will be demonstrated on running machines in our world-class instrumented molding lab. These courses are designed for anyone who wants to develop a systematic molding strategy. With appropriate on-the-job support, participants' skills should translate into trackable results that include; reduced part variability and scrap, optimized cycle times, and reduced time spent on troubleshooting molding issues. Master Molder Certification Series: This series is designed for process technicians, engineers, or managers that need to understand and demonstrate injection molding skills at the machine. Personnel that are held accountable for quality control issues are also prime candidates. Students will learn to apply methods, strategies and techniques of injection molding – all taught in a real-world, production floor environment. This training series is in-depth and leaves students with solid skills that can be applied immediately at their respective facilities. Our approach begins with a strategy and ends with a solution. This approach to molding is reinforced by the opportunity for hands-on training at our facility or yours, and can be used to get a number of employees up-to-speed and functioning on the same wavelength at the same time. |
