A Word from Andy Routsis, Founder and President of A. Routsis Associates, Inc.

Like most plastics professionals, I started out on the production floor. I have since owned a tooling shop, sold and rebuilt molding machines, and am currently active in the industry as a hands-on engineer, trainer, and adjunct professor at the University of Massachusetts Lowell Department of Engineering.

I have worked in the industry and have seen first hand the gross amount of money and resources wasted because of poorly trained workforces. A. Routsis Associates was founded over 20 years ago because the industry lacked high quality training for plastics personnel.

I’m honored to say that our training materials are used in over 1800 companies in 31 countries. This includes 61 learning centers and educational institutions that use our interactive training programs as part of their standard curriculum.
